I Would Definitely Refer Anyone I Know
I was looking for an Assisted Living [community] for a quick placement. A location had originally been decided, but on move-in day, the person at the other [community] had made the family jump through hoops and had not given clear and concise instructions on what would be required, until last minute. Stacy had called the evening before, after normal business hours, and after speaking with her, I encouraged the family to check out Parkview. The next morning, I contacted Ms. Duncan. She referred me to Kelly, who contacted me and met with me within the hour. By 3 p.m., we had an apartment picked out, their maintenance man called off his vacation to stay and have the apartment ready for move in next day. We met the Chef while there as well. The next day, however, we found the LTH insurance would not cover Assisted Living. We had to move her to a nursing home instead. Kelly and Stacy were gracious when I called them and explained the situation after having spent HOURS with me the day before. I am sorry she was not able to move in there. With as nice as they were, I think she would have been quite happy. I would definitely refer anyone I know looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care to check Parkview on Hollybrook out.

They are very caring and compassionate, and the community is awesome
My dad moved into Parkview on Hollybrook. It’s a very nice place, with very organized people. They are very caring and compassionate, and the community is awesome. He has a studio with a kitchenette, he eats his food in the cafeteria, and they have a variety of rooms: one-bedrooms, studios, and two-bedrooms. They do laundry and housekeeping once a week, and provide three meals a day. The activities are a full 30-day calendar of exercise classes, bible study, music, singers, they take them on bus rides out into the country, they go for rides in the city, and they provide any form of transportation that the person needs. They have a nice system of checking the residents in and out so they know where they are at all times. They have puzzles, movies with popcorn, and a lot of activities going on.

We had the most wonderful experience dealing with Stacy at Parkview. She made us feel so at ease about any decisions that needed to be made and never pressured us at all. She answered all questions and was available for viewing the property when we were ready. We appreciate her help so very much and we were very impressed with the [community] at Parkview.

They have everything you could think of
Parkview on Hollybrook is a brand-new community. It’s amazing and very beautiful. They have a little bar area that residents go to during happy hours, there’s a pool, and a great schedule of things to do every single day. The rooms were roomy, up-to-date, clean, and brand new, with marble countertops. They have everything you could think of.

My father loved the apartment, residents, activities, food and amenities
My father was a resident at Parkview for over a year before he passed. He loved the apartment, residents, abundance of activities, the food and overall amenities of the community. He was very happy to be there and had nothing but good things to say about the staff. I concur, the staff was very personable and accommodating.

Top of the line
Parkview on Hollybrook is a great community. They had a wine bar, a swimming pool, a movie room, a computer center, and a lot of other things. I have visited both independent and assisted and they were both excellent. Everything I saw was top of the line.

My father-in-law is so excited to keep his independence, his car, 3 meals a day, housekeeping, theater, the pub and meet new friends. We are thrilled over his new apartment at Parkview.
